社会保障・社会福祉 3日間研修受講しました。

 

若者の孤立、少子高齢化、虐待、障がい者、介護、外国人、引きこもり、ひとり親、さまざまな貧困、生活困窮者等の現状や課題、今後について予測を学びました。

 

課題は、地域に合わせた福祉マネジメントが必要で、「重層的支援体制と整備」が必要だと思いました。

 

I attended a three-day training on social security and welfare.

 

During the training, I learned about the current situation and issues related to various aspects such as the isolation of young people, aging population with low birth rate, abuse, disabilities, caregiving, foreigners, social withdrawal, single parents, and various forms of poverty and financial hardship. I also learned about predictions for the future in these areas.

 

One important lesson I took away from the training is the need for welfare management tailored to each community. I realized that the establishment of a "multilayered support system" is crucial in addressing these challenges.
